All personnel, including internal staff and external committee members who influence certification decisions, must act impartially. Commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise impartiality are strictly prohibited.

Certification services are delivered in a way that prevents conflicts of interest arising from relationships, activities, or external influences.

Where any relationship poses a potential threat to impartiality, risks are documented and appropriate measures are implemented to eliminate or control such threats.

Top Management is fully committed to maintaining impartiality. If any relationship involving personnel or their employer creates an unacceptable threat, their involvement in certification activities will be discontinued.
